Salon Guidelines

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone and to be considerate to our clients, we ask that you observe the following guidelines:

  • Please inform us of any appointment cancellations at least 24 hours ahead of time.
  • Arriving on time is important as we cannot assure full treatment time for those who arrive late.
  • If you are over 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to offer your slot to a walk-in client. You may then need to wait or arrange another time.
  • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, but we suggest making an appointment in advance.
  • We ask that you keep mobile phone conversations to a minimum.
  • If you have open cuts, are experiencing soreness, or have contagious diseases, please reschedule your appointment. We have the right to deny service in such situations.

We encourage everyone to be mindful of the salon’s atmosphere and help us maintain a serene environment for all guests. Please assist us in keeping Touch Beauty Salon a pleasant, relaxing, and hygienic place for every client.

Important Notes

  • Fixing: Fixing should be done within 48 hours of the request. We will make every effort to correct any service that you are dissatisfied with. Kindly let us know immediately.
  • Nails: For nail polish & enhancements, our guaranteed policy covers instances of smudging, peeling, bubbling, lifting, & chipping EXCEPT tears & breakages.
  • Hygiene: All instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and refilled to the highest level of hygiene.
